No matter what your interests, there are lots of outlets available for you to exercise your body, mind and creativity.

Autonomy, with Support When Necessary

Although there are staff members on hand to help you 24/7, you can also get plenty of privacy at a contemporary mental health facility. It is possible to get a single room to yourself and take walks outdoors in nature. Once you have made progress and are feeling great, it is even possible to get a job or join a group outside of the facility. Each person needs a different approach to healing, and you will be given the attention and freedom you need to flourish.
